pulling up seedlings to help them grow

早年有一个农民，他天天都去田里照料他种的稻苗。他异常关怀本身的庄稼，渴望着它们能茁壮发展。

Once upon a time, there was a farmer who took care of his rice seedlings in the field every day. He was very attentive to his crops and hoped that they would grow strong and healthy.

可是，过了几天，他发现稻苗长得很慢。他开端发急，由于他愿望本身的庄稼能早日收成。于是，他决议想方法让稻苗长得更快。

However, after a few days, he noticed that the rice seedlings were growing very slowly. He began to worry because he wanted to harvest his crops as soon as possible. So, he decided to find a way to make the rice seedlings grow faster.

他想啊想，终于想出了一个方法：假如我拉一拉这些苗子，赞助他们长高，它们就能更快地长年夜了。

He thought and thought, and finally came up with a plan: if he pulled the seedlings upward, helping them grow taller, they would grow faster.

农民走到田里，当心翼翼地一个一个地拉长稻苗。他感到如许做很聪慧，由于他感到稻苗长得更高了。

The farmer went to the field and carefully pulled up each rice seedling one by one. He thought his approach was clever because it made the seedlings appear taller.

然而，第二天，他再去田里查看时，他看到稻苗全都枯萎了。他觉得异常惆怅，由于他的美意没有起到作用，反而让稻苗受到了危害。

However, the next day, when he went back to the field to check on the rice seedlings, he saw that they had all withered. He felt very sad because his good intentions had not worked; instead, they had harmed the seedlings.

农民这时明确了本身的差错。他意识到，稻苗必要依照本身的节拍生长，急于求成并不克不及赞助它们，反而会危害它们。

The farmer then realized his mistake. He understood that rice seedlings needed to grow at their own pace and that trying to rush their growth could harm them.

这个故事奉告我们，办事情要适应事物成长的天然纪律，不要过于暴躁，不然可能会适得其反。

This story teaches us that we should follow the natural course of things and not be too impatient, or it might lead to undesirable outcomes.
